Our office is over in Kasba, specifically at 2C Bosepukur Road. We are on the fourth floor, in Flat 4A of Block B. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, which happens more often than we'd like. Kolkata can be a bit chaotic during the monsoon season, and our street gets its fair share of rain and puddles. Inside the office, it’s mostly just a few rooms where we handle all the HR stuff. We deal with a lot of people coming in and out, looking for work or asking about placements. It gets a bit crowded in the waiting area sometimes, so we try to keep things moving. There’s a lot of talking on the phones and typing away. It’s not a shiny glass building, just a regular flat turned into a workspace. It feels a bit more like home that way. We’ve got our files organized in some old cabinets, or at least we try to keep them that way. Someone is usually making tea in the small kitchen area and the smell of biscuits is often around. It’s a busy spot because of the location in Kasba. People find us easily enough once they get to Bosepukur Road. We just do our thing here every day. It's about getting through the resumes and talking to candidates. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind of work in a busy city.
