STAROOF RESIDENCY LLP

Our office for STAROOF RESIDENCY LLP is located at 162/116 Lake Gardens in Kolkata. If you know the area, it is quite a nice part of town with a lot of trees and a bit more breathing room than the busier centers. We handle residency work from here. Our space is pretty simple, with just enough room for us to sit and manage our daily property tasks. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people find us because they live around here or heard about us from someone else. During the day, we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. Sometimes we take a walk down toward the lake when we need a break from the computer screens. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't a giant corporation, just a group of people who understand the local real estate scene. We have some old filing cabinets that are stuffed with papers from over the years, and we still use some physical notebooks to keep track of things. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and carry on with our business. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that needs doing. It’s a regular job for us and we like being part of the Lake Gardens community.
