You can find us at 5 Chittaranjan Avenue on the first floor. It is an old part of Kolkata and the building has some character to it, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We are a small team of developers. Usually, someone is always on the phone or looking at a map of a new site. We handle local projects around here. The street outside is always packed with people and cars, which is just how life is in this part of town. It makes getting materials in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't spend much on decorating the office. We'd rather be out at the site seeing how the concrete is setting or talking to the foreman. It is basic work but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we have to stay late to catch up on the filing. We've been working in this area for a while now. We know the local rules and how things get done. It’s not always easy but we manage to get by. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just talk over some tea and figure out the next step for the build. If you walk up to the first floor, just look for the door with our name on it. We are usually there by nine unless we are at a site meeting across town. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the fans do their best.
