Splend Sure Builders Private Limited

Our base is at 31 Steel Park, along S.B.B. Patal Road, care of Bhabesh Kumar Saha. It’s a decent area and we have a solid little office here. Splend Sure Builders Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly we just think of ourselves as a local team. The office on Patal Road is where all the planning and the boring paperwork happens. Steel Park is a recognizable spot, so most people don't have a hard time finding us when they need to talk. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We mostly just use what we need to get the buildings up and the projects finished. It’s a very grounded way of working. We talk to people plainly and don’t use any of that confusing industry jargon. Our days are spent checking schedules and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It can be stressful at times, like any building business, but we just take it one step at a time. The neighborhood around S.B.B. Patal Road is a good place to be based. We’ve grown accustomed to the noise and the pace of the area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its work properly and stays honest with everyone. That’s just how we operate at our Steel Park office, and we are happy with that.
