We are located at 113, N.S. Road, right on the second floor in Room 25. If you know this part of Kolkata, you know how busy it gets around here. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we have been in this spot for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around the desks, looking at plans and making phone calls to sites. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where the actual work happens. Spaceroof Developers Llp started because we saw a lot of old buildings needing help and new ones going up. My cousin actually told me about this room being available a few years back. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the planning side of building stuff. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, even when it is hot. We are just a local group trying to get things done right. You see a lot of people coming and going on N.S. Road, and we are just one of those offices. It is not always glamorous, but construction and development usually aren't. We just keep at it day after day. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. It is pretty straightforward once you find the building.
