So, we are based out of Rabindra Nagar, specifically at 3/192. If you know Behala, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic and people moving around all the time. Kolkata is like that, I suppose. Space Group Linton Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this little corner for some time. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find us, it’s not too bad. We deal with development stuff, though it's mostly just day-to-day paperwork and site visits. Some days are long, especially when the monsoon hits and the roads get messy. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing our part in the building industry. Our office is fairly basic. We don't have those shiny glass walls you see in New Town. It’s more of a practical setup. We have a few desks, some old files, and usually some tea going. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the area well. It helps when you're trying to figure out where the next project should go. People drop by to talk, and we listen. It's just how we do things in Behala. We don't use much fancy language because that's not really who we are. We just work, go home, and come back the next morning to do it again. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. There's always plenty to do and not enough hours.
