Southwinds Developers Llp

We’ve been operating out of 60B, Chowringhee Road for some time now. Our office is in Flat 7, which isn't the easiest to find if you’re just passing by, but it’s home to Southwinds Developers Llp. The building itself has that old Kolkata feel to it, with thick walls and a lift that sometimes has a mind of its own. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks covered in folders and a few rolling chairs that squeak a bit. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a dedicated person to greet you at the door. Usually, one of us just looks up from our screen when someone walks in. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking about different sites. The traffic noise from Chowringhee Road is a constant background sound, but after a while, you stop hearing it. We’re just a small team of people trying to keep everything organized. There are stacks of blueprints in the corner that we haven't touched in months, but we keep them just in case. We don’t do big presentations or have polished speeches. We just handle the paperwork, make the phone calls, and try to get the projects moving. Some days are just about filing and drinking way too much tea. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just do our work in Flat 7 and go home at the end of the day.
