Solty Builders Llp is based at 27, Brabourne Road in Kolkata. If you’ve ever walked down Brabourne Road, you know how loud and crowded it gets with all the buses and vendors. Our office is right in that thick of it. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the city moving outside. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly spend our time managing building projects. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. We have files stacked up on desks and drawings spread out wherever there’s space. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We usually start the day with tea and a quick talk about what’s happening at the construction sites. Being builders in a city like Kolkata means you have to be ready for anything, like sudden rain or traffic jams that hold up deliveries. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they’re done right. The office at number 27 has seen a lot of projects come and go over the years. We’re used to the old building we’re in and the way the lights flicker sometimes. It’s just our daily routine, and we don’t really think much about it beyond getting the next task finished on time.
