1 Garstin Place is where we are located. This is in the heart of old Kolkata, with the pin code 700001. The buildings here are very old and have a lot of character, but they also have old pipes and creaky stairs. Snowline Enclave Llp is located in one of these structures. You can feel the history of the city when you walk through the dark hallways. Our office has very high ceilings and large wooden doors that are quite heavy to push open. The windows are tall and let in a lot of light, but they also let in all the noise from the busy street below. It’s a very crowded area with lots of lawyers and government offices nearby. We spend our days dealing with property details and enclave management. The desks are old and made of dark wood. We have a lot of paper files because we still haven't moved everything over to the computer yet. There is a certain smell to the place—old paper and a bit of dampness when it rains heavily. We have a small corner where we keep a microwave and some tea supplies for the staff. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know exactly which floorboard creaks and which drawer in the cabinet always sticks. It’s not a modern corporate office by any means. It’s a bit cluttered and the lighting isn't the best, but it is where we work every day. We take our time with things and try not to get too stressed when the paperwork piles up.
