Smilex Promoters Llp is located in Arjun Enclave, specifically in Flat No 4Ak at 12C Judges Court Road. This is in the 700027 area of Kolkata. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. It has a kitchen and a bathroom just like a regular home, which makes staying late much easier. We’ve been here for a good while. The living room area is where we have our main desks and the computer setup. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have to spread out big plans on the table. Judges Court Road is usually packed with traffic, but the flat is tucked away enough that it’s fairly quiet. We handle all the promoter work from this little spot. We don't have a receptionist, so if the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just goes to answer it. We have a lot of files stored in what used to be the bedroom. It’s a very practical way to run things without all the overhead of a fancy office building. Most of our neighbors in Arjun Enclave are families, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't do anything flashy here. We just focus on the projects we have going on and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a comfortable, low-key place to spend the day.
