Smilex Projects Llp

Smilex Projects Llp is based out of Arjun Enclave. We are in Flat 4A at 12C Judges Court Road here in Kolkata. The area is 700027. We aren't in a big commercial tower; we work out of this flat which makes things feel a bit more personal. It is a quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city. We do project work, mostly in construction and real estate. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way. It lets us keep a close eye on everything we are doing. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and talking to contractors. Being an LLP, we share the responsibilities among the partners. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of our budget goes into the actual projects we are handling. We started Smilex because we wanted to do things our own way. It is a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly. That is just how this business goes. We like the Judges Court Road area because it is well-connected. People come by to talk about new ideas or check on progress. We keep things honest and tell it like it is. No corporate talk here, just people working on buildings. We just try to stay busy and keep our clients informed as things move along throughout the weeks.
