Smilex Planners & Developers Llp is located at Arjun Enclave on Judges Court Road. We are in Flat 4A 12C. It’s a central spot in Kolkata, which is handy for getting around. Our day usually starts with a lot of planning. We sit around the table and look at how to layout new projects or fix issues with ones we are already working on. Development is more than just building; it’s about figuring out the best way to use the space we have. The office is a bit lived-in, with plenty of files and sketches on the walls. We aren't the type to wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. We prefer being practical. The Judges Court Road area is pretty lively, so there is always something going on outside our window. We take care of the planning stages and then see the projects through to completion. Sometimes the timelines get pushed back because of things out of our control, like the monsoon rains, but we always try to keep moving. We’ve been in this flat at Arjun Enclave for a while, and it feels like home now. We just do our work, talk to our clients like regular people, and try to make sure every project we take on is handled with some common sense. It’s a straightforward approach to a complicated business in this city.
