Road is a good location because it's central, but it sure is noisy during the day. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the street while we work on our plans. The team here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don’t use any fancy systems, just hard work and keeping track of the details. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, and we have to drop everything to go fix it. That’s just the nature of the business we are in. We take it one day at a time and try to keep our heads down.
