Skykey Developers Llp is tucked away on the fourth floor of 113B Manohar Das Street. We are in Room 399. If you’ve ever been to Burra Bazar, you know how crowded and loud it gets down on the street. It’s a bit quieter once you get up to the office, though the elevator is sometimes slow. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to contractors. Being in this part of Kolkata means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a historic area, but we deal with modern development stuff. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working out of this room. The space is filled with blueprints and stacks of files. We try to stay organized, but when three projects are happening at once, it gets a bit messy. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We know the local regulations and how things work in the 700007 area. It’s not always easy dealing with the paperwork and the city offices, but we manage. We don’t have a flashy website or a big PR firm. Most of the people we work with are folks we've known for years in the industry. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the details are sorted. It’s a lot of back and forth, but it’s what we do for a living.
