You can find Skill Junction Infratech Private Limited over at Shilpangan LB 1 in Salt Lake. We have two spots, T01 and T03, both on the 3rd floor of the CFB building. Sector III is a bit different from the crowded parts of central Kolkata. It feels a bit more spread out here, which is nice for a change. Having two separate units means we are always walking back and forth between the two rooms to talk to each other. One side is where we keep the main computers and the other side is more for storing samples and equipment. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s a working office. There are wires running along the floor in some places and stacks of folders that need filing. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby or bring it from home. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything fancy unless there is a very specific reason. Most of the time, we are just in shirts and trousers, working through the piles of paperwork. The building is fairly modern compared to some others, but our office definitely feels lived-in. We have some plants by the window, but we often forget to water them. It’s a busy environment where we just focus on getting the day's work done without a lot of fuss or unnecessary corporate chatter.
