Sjl Infra Llp is based out of Kidderpore, specifically at 14 Orphangunge Market Road. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how busy and loud it can get. That’s our daily environment. We are right in the thick of it. The office is a practical space where we manage our infra projects. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture. It’s more about sturdy tables and lots of printed plans. Kidderpore is a hardworking part of Kolkata, and we try to match that energy every day. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out at various locations seeing how things are going. It’s a lot of coordination between different groups of workers and making sure everyone has what they need. Sometimes the market traffic makes it a struggle to get our own vehicles through, but we make it work. We’ve been operating as an LLP for a while, which means we all pitch in where needed. There is no one person who just sits back; everyone is involved in the grit of the work. We drink a lot of tea, talk to a lot of delivery drivers, and try to keep the projects moving forward. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes chaotic life, but it suits us just fine. We just handle the business at hand and don't worry about sounding like a big corporation.
