Silversign Developers Llp is based at C/O Lal Mohammad Mollavillage Mohammadpur, P.O. Kamdampukur, in the New Town area. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and take our calls. It is located near Kamdampukur, which is a part of town that is seeing a lot of new things being built. Most days, we are either sitting at our desks or out checking on how things are going. We are a small team and we don’t really have any fancy corporate offices or big reception areas. It’s just us doing the daily work of being developers. Sometimes the roads around Mohammadpur get quite busy with all the traffic heading toward New Town, but we are used to it by now. We chose this address because it puts us close to the areas we work in. There isn't much to the office itself, just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of folders full of paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure everything is lined up for our various projects. It’s not always easy and things can get a bit messy with all the permits and plans, but that is just the nature of the job. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of what needs to be done. It’s a quiet place to work from usually, once you get inside and away from the street noise.
