Signum Group (Heritage Group)

You can find Signum Group, which some people also know as Heritage Group, over at 3A Auckland Place. We are up on the 10th floor in Room No. 10B. It is a bit of a climb if the elevators are slow, but the view from up here is alright. We have been operating from this building for a while. Auckland Place is a specific kind of spot, and being on the 10th floor keeps us a little away from the street noise below. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle our property business. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is mostly just files, computers, and a few chairs for when people come to visit us. Heritage Group has been around, and we just keep doing our thing every day. We manage different real estate projects and talk to folks about what they are looking for. Sometimes the 10th floor feels a bit isolated, but it is a good place to get work done without too many distractions. Room 10B is where we spend most of our hours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work well and stay on top of the things we need to finish. If you are in the Auckland Place area, you know where we are. It is a straightforward setup and we like the routine of coming in here every morning to see what the day brings.
