We are tucked away in a spot that feels very much like a real neighborhood. There is a lot of development happening around here, and we are right in the thick of it. It is a hardworking vibe. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find someone at a desk. We usually have a few umbrellas leaning against the wall because the weather here is so unpredictable. Our team is small, and everyone does a bit of everything. One day we are checking accounts, and the next we are measuring a plot in the rain. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they are solid and reliable for the people who use them. It is a lot of walking and talking but we enjoy the process.
