Siddha Real Estate Development Pvt. Ltd. Our office is at 99A Park Street, up on the 6th floor. If you’ve been to Park Street, you know how it is—always crowded and full of life. It’s one of those parts of town that never really sleeps. We do real estate development work here. It’s a lot of looking at blueprints and dealing with all the legal stuff that comes with building things. The 6th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the horns honking down below. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. There are piles of paper on some desks and the coffee machine is almost always running. People drop by to ask about new projects or to sign some documents. It’s a steady pace. Real estate is tricky, and things often take longer than you want them to, but we just take it one day at a time. We’ve been at this for a while now. Park Street is a good place to be, even if parking is a nightmare. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to build something that lasts. No fancy slogans, just a lot of meetings and phone calls to make sure everything stays on track. It is a busy life but we are used to the hustle.
