Shrinika Developers Private Limited

At Shrinika Developers Private Limited we have our office on the 9th floor of the building at 4 Govt Place. It is the same place as some other firms but we have our own corner. Near Raj Bhawan the atmosphere is always a bit serious. We have been doing this for a while now. The work is mostly about planning and making sure the construction goes right. We aren't the kind of people who wear suits every day. We prefer boots and jeans because we are usually out at the sites. When we are in the office we are usually stuck behind a computer screen or on the phone with suppliers. The view from the 9th floor is okay but we don't have much time to look at it. It’s a lot of grind. We deal with the daily issues like late trucks or missing tools. That is the reality of being a developer. It isn't always pretty. We just try to keep things moving. Our space is practical. We have a table for meetings and a place for the tea kettle. That is about it. We have grown used to the noise of the city down below. Being right in Kolkata means we are in the middle of the action. We just do our jobs and go home like everyone else. There is no magic to it, just a lot of coordination.
