You can find our office at 11/1B Northern Avenue, which is right by Tala Park in the Paikpara neighborhood. This is a very traditional part of North Kolkata. The streets are a bit narrow and there is a lot of history in the buildings around us. Our office is located in one of these older structures. It has the high ceilings and thick walls that you expect from this area. Tala Park is a great landmark to have nearby because everyone knows where the big water tank is. The office inside is a bit cluttered with project files and rolls of building plans. We have a few old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us for a long time. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the main roads. You mostly hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the kids playing in the park or the local vendors calling out. We don't have a lot of modern bells and whistles. We rely on our ledgers and our knowledge of the local area. The air in the office can get a bit humid, so we keep the fans going all day. Paikpara is a close-knit community, and we feel like a part of it being tucked away here on Northern Avenue. It’s a simple, honest workspace where we focus on our development projects. We usually have a pot of tea going and we are always ready to discuss the next step of a project.
