SHRI BALAJI RENOVATORS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is at 14/110 Uday Sankar Sarani. We do renovation work, which means we are usually covered in dust or paint by the end of the day. The office is where we handle the paperwork, but you won’t find us there all the time. Most of our work happens at the houses and buildings we are fixing up. We aren't a huge team with a big fleet of trucks. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We know the people in this neighborhood and they know us. We don't use fancy marketing because most of our jobs come from someone telling their neighbor about us. We try to be real about what we can do. If a wall is too far gone, we say so. We don't like giving people false hopes just to get a contract. The office is pretty basic, just a place to store tools and keep our records. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we’re actually working. We don't have any of those corporate goals or fancy mission slogans. We just want to do a good job so we get hired again. It’s been a few years now since we started, and we’ve learned a lot along the way. We’re just regular folks who know how to use a hammer and a paintbrush. We keep things simple and stay busy with the work we have.
