We are over at 113 N.S Roadroom No 25. It gets a bit crowded around here sometimes because the street is always moving. If you know this part of town, you know it's mostly people rushing to get things done. Shreekunj Avas Builders Llp has been based in this spot for a while now. We spend most of our days looking at papers and talking about construction sites. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. It's just a room where we work. Sometimes the tea guy comes late and that is the biggest drama of the morning. We handle the building side of things. It’s mostly just making sure the materials are where they need to be and the workers know what they are doing. Being a builder involves a lot of phone calls. Our address says Room No 25 at 113 N.S Roadroom, so that is where you will find us sitting if the weather is okay. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just find us by word of mouth or they happen to be in the building for something else. It is a simple setup. We are just a small group of people trying to keep things moving forward with the projects we have. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up every day, open the door, and get to work on whatever is on the desk. It stays busy from morning until evening. We keep the files stacked up high.
