Shoolin Developers Llp is situated at 12C Chakraberia Road (North) in the 700020 part of Kolkata. This is a bit of a quieter residential and commercial mix compared to the main main roads of the city. Our office is in a spot that feels very local. We have been working out of 12C for a bit, focusing on development projects around the city. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us who know the business well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to make sure things are moving as they should. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks piled with papers. We do not have a fancy lobby because that isn't who we are. Shoolin Developers Llp is just about getting buildings up and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the traffic on Chakraberia Road can be a bit much, especially during the school hours, but we manage. We like the neighborhood because it feels like real Kolkata life. There are small shops nearby where we get our tea in the afternoon. It is a simple life and we are happy with it. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our clients happy enough with the progress we make on their projects. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we figure it out.
