Shivshambho Constructions Privatelimited is situated over at 96 Garden Reach Road. We are in the Hastings Cst Tower, specifically on Floor 2A of Tower C. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic around Garden Reach can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. Our office is where we do all the heavy lifting for the planning side of things. We’re a construction company that focuses on projects around this part of the city. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit in town; we just want to stay busy and do work that holds up. Most of our days are spent checking on different sites or talking to vendors about steel and cement prices. The office is usually full of rolls of paper and half-empty cups of tea. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We’ve been involved in various builds, and we’ve seen how the industry has changed with new regulations and rising costs. We try to be realistic with people about what can be done and how much it’s going to cost. There are always surprises in construction, like a pipe that wasn't where it was supposed to be or a delay in shipping. We just deal with those things as they come up. It’s a lot of management and problem-solving, which keeps us pretty occupied from Monday through Saturday.
