Shivohum Hospitality Private Limited is based in Kolkata. Our office is on the 5th floor, Unit 5, at 3A Rammohan Mullicks Garden Lane. It’s a busy part of the city. We aren't a hotel ourselves, but we handle hospitality services for others. It’s a lot of office work, honestly. We spend our time on the phone and the computer coordinating things. The building we are in is quite old and the elevator can be slow, so we get our exercise on the stairs sometimes. There are just a few of us in the office. We deal with all the paperwork that comes with running hospitality businesses. It’s not very glamorous. We have piles of files and folders everywhere. We try to stay organized but it gets hectic. Being in a city like Kolkata means there is always noise outside the window. We’ve been at this address for a while now. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. You just walk into the unit and we are there working. We handle things like bookings, staff management, and all the back-end stuff that people don't usually see. It’s practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to be some massive agency. We just do the tasks that our clients need us to do. It’s a living and we work hard at it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of data to enter. It’s just how it goes in this business.
