Shivmahima Construction Llp has its office on the first floor. We are in Room No. 1F at 16/1A, Abdul Hamid Street. Some people still call it British India Street, which has a bit of a ring to it. This part of Kolkata, the 700069 area, is always bustling with activity. It’s right in the middle of everything. Being in construction means we are usually busy with something or other. The office is often a bit messy with plans and files everywhere. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a workspace where people are trying to get things built. You hear the taxis and the street vendors all day long. It’s just the sound of the city. We don’t have a fancy mission or anything like that. We just show up at Room 1F and start working through the list of things to do. Abdul Hamid Street is an old place, and the building we’re in has seen a lot of years. We like the character of it. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. There’s no marketing talk here, just real talk about bricks and permits. It can be a bit of a grind sometimes, but that’s just how construction is. We’re just a local outfit doing our best to keep things moving in the city.
