Shivika Housing Llp is based at 88B Sarat Bose Road. It’s a pretty straightforward location in Kolkata, specifically in the 700026 area. We aren't hard to find if you know that part of town at all. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we handle our housing business day in and day out. We are just a few people working together. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant company with thousands of employees. We just do our jobs. Sarat Bose Road is a very busy street, but we like the energy and the noise of it. It feels like we are part of the city's daily pulse. We’ve been at this address for a while and it works well for us. The building is just a regular Kolkata building. No marble floors or fancy glass walls. We prefer it that way. It keeps us focused on the actual work itself. We don't have a PR person or anyone like that. We just talk to people like normal humans. If someone calls us or stops by the office, they talk to one of us directly. It’s a very simple setup. We deal with real estate and housing stuff from here. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when there are deadlines, but that’s normal for any business. We are just a local LLP trying to stay on top of our projects. It’s a local business through and through.
