You can find us on the 4th floor at 7 Rabindra Sarani. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. Shivalay Realsunrise is a small outfit, mostly focused on the practical side of real estate. We don't have a lot of polished brochures or a fancy receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door greets you. Our work involves a lot of coordination between different parties, which can be stressful, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We spend a lot of time checking on progress and making sure the details are handled. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for long. The desks are often covered in maps and site plans. We’ve been working in this area for a while and know the streets pretty well. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. Instead, we just tell people what is possible and what isn't. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the property market. We like the fourth-floor view, even if it’s just looking at the rooftops of other buildings. It’s an honest way to work. We take the projects as they come and try to finish them without too much drama. That is basically our daily life here.
