Shire 21 Reality Ventures Llp is based out of Kawakhali, near Sushrata Nagar. We are at the address C/O Bishwanath Mahantakawakhali. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of the city, but it is an area that is growing quickly. Kawakhali is a bit quieter than the city center, which we actually like for getting our work done. Our office is a simple setup in a local building. We don’t have any of those glass walls or expensive office furniture you see in the movies. It’s just a place with a few desks where we can manage our reality ventures. Most of our work involves looking at land and properties around this part of the region. Being near Sushrata Nagar means we are right in the middle of where new things are happening. The address can be a little hard to find if you aren’t from around here, so we usually tell people to look for Bishwanath Mahanta’s place. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but we don’t mind the fresh air. We spend a lot of time on the phone and going through maps. We keep our files in old metal cabinets and we have a small kettle for making coffee when it gets late. We don’t bother with any big promotional stuff. We just focus on the work we have. Some days are long and involve driving around, but that is part of the business.
