Sharim Developers Private Limited

We've been operating out of our space on A.P.C. Road for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Block C, Floor 21D over at 302. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, which keeps us on our toes most days. Sharim Developers Private Limited is just a small team of us working here. Most of our time involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls to keep things moving. We deal with property stuff, mostly around the local area. It isn't always glamorous, and the office can get a bit cluttered when we’re in the middle of a big project. People usually just drop by if they need to discuss something face-to-face. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. There's a lot of traffic around 700009, so getting here sometimes takes longer than you'd expect. We've got our routine down, though. Usually, someone is in by nine, making tea and checking the mail. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. It works for what we do. If you're looking for us in West Bengal, this is where we stay put. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some shops closed down and new ones opened up. But we’re still here at the same spot. It’s just how we do things.
