Our office is over at the Maruti Building, specifically in Flat 5E on Dr. U.N. Brahmachari Street. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking for the sign on the door. We like it that way because it stays relatively quiet for a city office, allowing us to focus on the work. We spend most of our time here dealing with real estate ventures. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at maps of the city to understand the layout of different areas. The office itself is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and a small sitting area for visitors. It’s just a handful of us working here every day. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights outside. Most people who come here are regulars who have been working with us for a long time. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in files when things get busy during the peak season. The street outside is named after Dr. U.N. Brahmachari, and it’s a pretty well-known part of Kolkata with a lot of history. We’ve been set up in this flat for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. It’s central but tucked away from the main noise of the main roads. We just do our work, keep things moving, and try to get everything finished.
