Shahnewaz Developer Llp operates out of Flat-4B on the fourth floor of 143/A, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Sarani. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the 700011 area of Kolkata, though we are usually too busy looking at site plans to notice. It is a regular flat turned into an office, so it feels quite homey in a way, just with more filing cabinets and rolls of paper. We have been working in development for some time, mostly focusing on getting things built right here in the city.
