You can find us over on Topsia Road in the Tiljala area. We are located on the 4th floor of the building at 8/H. The stairs can be a bit of a climb on a hot day, but we spend most of our time out at the work sites anyway. Kolkata is a crowded place to build anything, so we spend a lot of time planning how to move trucks and materials in and out of those tight streets. We deal with construction projects across the city. Sometimes it gets loud and dusty, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Our office is mostly for filing papers, keeping records, and taking phone calls from suppliers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that need finishing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot over the years. We focus on getting the structures right. It’s a lot of physical work and managing the labor crew can be a real handful sometimes. We try to keep things simple and practical. If there's a problem with a wall or a floor, we just find a way to fix it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just building things and making sure they stand up properly. The West Bengal heat can be rough during the day, so we usually start very early. That's pretty much who we are, just a local crew trying to keep things moving.
