Several Agro Private Limited

Several Agro Private Limited is right in the heart of things on Thakur Radhakanta Lane, at 2/A in Kolkata. Being in the city is a bit different from being out on the farm, but we deal with agro stuff every day. The lane is usually pretty busy, like most parts of North Kolkata, and our space is just a regular office where we handle the business side of things. It can get a bit noisy outside with the traffic and people walking by, but we’re used to it. We started this because we saw a gap between the farmers and the city markets. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, which is a change of pace if you’ve spent time in the fields. We aren't trying to be some big, shiny corporation with glass walls. We just have our desks, our ledgers, and a lot of tea. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through all the logistics. Managing supply chains from 700003 is what we do. It’s a lot of coordination with trucks and warehouses. People come in and out, mostly talking about prices and delivery dates. It’s practical work. We don’t have fancy speeches about what we do. We just make sure the goods move from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s just us here, working through the daily grind in the city to keep the agro business running.
