We are located right on Manicktala Main Road at 179A/1C. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve got our office tucked in here. Ashaputra Agro And Plantation is basically us dealing with plants and farm stuff even though we are in the middle of the city. Most days we are busy coordinating where the saplings need to go or checking on the different plantation sites we look after. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of trucks. The office is small and usually has a few piles of files on the desks. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation, we just like working with the soil and seeing things grow. Sometimes it’s hard to manage the logistics when the traffic on the main road gets bad in the afternoons. Our team is small, just a few of us who know a bit about agriculture and how to keep things alive. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the schedules for the week. People stop by sometimes to ask about what we’re planting this season. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It works for us. We’ve been around for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s just regular work for us and we keep going one day at a time.
