Seven Glories International

You can find Seven Glories International on the first floor of 16-A, Ballygunge Terrace. It’s an older building, the kind you see a lot in this part of town, with those solid walls and high ceilings. Being on the first floor means we hear the street noise from the terrace, but it also makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been here for a while now, managing the different parts of the international trade business. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a bit cluttered with samples and documents piling up on the tables. We usually have the fans going full blast to keep the air moving. The staff here is small and we’ve mostly worked together for years. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones, which means some of us stay a bit later than others. There’s no big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk up the stairs and we are right there. We try to keep the workflow steady and deal with the paperwork as it comes in. It’s a bit of a lived-in office, maybe a little messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We like being in Ballygunge; it’s a good spot with plenty of tea shops nearby for when we need a break. It feels like home to most of us after all this time.
