Service Engineer

Our place is located in Vill-Atbeluria, over in the Nakole area. It's under the Shyampur police station in Howrah. Since we are out in the village, life is definitely slower than what you find in the city. Our workshop is just a simple building where we keep our tools and work on whatever parts people bring to us. The air is nice and fresh, but the roads get really messy and muddy whenever it rains. We spend a lot of time traveling to different towns to handle service calls. This isn't your typical office with desks and computers. You’ll often see chickens or goats walking around outside, and neighbors often stop by to chat. We keep our manuals on an old wooden shelf that has seen a lot of use. The lighting isn't great, so we have to use extra lamps when we're working on small parts. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don't have a website or anyone doing marketing for us. People just hear about us from their friends or family in the local area. We use what we have and make sure everything is fixed properly. The power can be a bit unreliable, so we have to work around the outages. It is just a small local shop in West Bengal, doing our bit.
