Service Engineer

Over here in Baranagar, we’re located at 22/25 Jogendra Basak Road. Kolkata is a busy city, and this road is no exception. Our workspace is right in the thick of it. It’s an old building, but it holds up well. We’ve got our benches set up and the shelves are mostly full of parts we might need someday. You know how it is, you keep things just in case. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have a lobby or a fancy sign out front. People just know the address. We handle the technical side of things without making a big fuss about it. Some days are long, especially when the weather is humid and the fans are just pushing hot air around. But we're used to it. Being a service engineer means you deal with what’s in front of you. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They like that they can just stop by and talk to us directly. There’s no middleman or corporate office to deal with. Just the people doing the work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with wires and components spread out everywhere, but that’s the reality of fixing things. We just try to do a decent job and get things back to people when we said we would. That is how we stay in business year after year.
