You can find me at Plot No:11, Mig-L-Block in the Niva Park area. This is Phase-1, over in Brahmapur, Garia. Kolkatta is a big city, and this spot is a bit further out from the center. I work as a service engineer. My place is filled with spare parts and old units that I use for components when I can't find new ones. It’s a residential block, so the whole area feels very lived-in and familiar. I’ve been servicing equipment for a long time now. The humidity here in Kolkatta can be really tough on the machines, so I’m always cleaning things out and checking for rust. It’s just a regular house setup, nothing fancy about it. I don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room for people. If you come by, you’ll probably see me at the workbench with a bright lamp on, even during the day. Niva Park is a nice enough neighborhood and it’s mostly quiet. Most of my day is spent troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things stopped working in the first place. It takes a lot of patience to do this job well. Sometimes I take a walk around Garia just to get some fresh air and a break from the soldering fumes. It’s just how the job goes and I'm used to it. I like being my own boss and keeping things simple without too much paperwork or meetings. It is a steady way to spend the years.
