Sencivil Construction Private Limited is located in the Jatragachi village area, which is near the Ghuni post office in New Town, Kolkata. The address we use is C/O Nikhil Mondal, Vill Jatragachi, P.O Ghuni, P.S New Town, Kolkata 700157. This part of the city is growing quite fast with all the new buildings, but Jatragachi still has a bit of a local feel to it. Our office is a simple setup at Nikhil Mondal’s place, which is not a fancy corporate building. We are just construction people who spend most of our time out on the sites or checking over plans in the office. New Town is full of construction work right now, and we are right in the middle of it. Managing the logistics of building things in a place that is changing so quickly can be a real challenge for us. We have to make sure the materials get through the traffic and that the workers are ready to go each morning. It is a lot of hands-on work and we do not have time for marketing or fancy talk. We are Sencivil Construction Private Limited, and we just focus on the actual building work. Being based in Jatragachi gives us a good location to work from and we know the area well. We just take each day as it comes and try to get the construction jobs finished without too much trouble or delay.
