Our place is over at 5/7 Buroshibtala Main Road, specifically in Flat 5A of Block 5. We’re in the cable business. It’s not the most glamorous industry you could think of, but it’s absolutely essential for everyone. We spend our days dealing with different types of wiring, technical specs, and distribution issues. The office is tucked away in a residential block, so it’s got a very local and quiet feel to it. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers; we're a more compact team focused on the Indian market. Most of our morning is spent checking orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. Cables are one of those things people don't think about until they don't work, so we have to be careful with what we handle and sell. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to browse. It's mostly just us, some desks, and a lot of wire samples lying around everywhere. We’ve been operating out of Kolkata for a while now and we know the local market conditions and what people need. Sometimes the heat in the afternoons makes work a bit slow, but we keep at it until the day is done. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. If someone needs a specific type of cable for a job, we tell them if we have it or how long it’ll take to get. It’s pretty straightforward and honest. We're just regular people.
