You can find Seaon Developers & Consultants over at C-12, Mahajati Road. We’re in the 700079 area of Kolkata. Our office is a modest space where we handle both the development side of things and the consulting part. It’s a bit of a mix. One day we might be talking about structural designs and the next we’re helping someone figure out the legal side of a property deal. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a cooling fan that’s seen better days. We’ve been working in the development sector for a good chunk of time now, so we’ve seen how much the city has grown. Mahajati Road is a good base for us. It’s easy to get to and it feels like a real neighborhood. We don’t go in for big advertisements or polished mission statements. That’s just not our style. We would rather spend our energy making sure our clients get their questions answered and their projects stay on track. Sometimes the work is boring, like when we are stuck doing data entry, but seeing a building actually go up makes it worth it. We are just a regular group of people who know a thing or two about construction and aren't afraid to get our hands dirty when a job requires it. We stay busy, we drink our chai, and we try to do right by the people we work with.
