Sbbk Developers Llp is tucked away at 22C/1 Gora Chand Road. It's a busy little spot. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of construction and land. It’s not always pretty work. There is a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We've stayed in this area because we know the streets and the people. Sometimes the paperwork for these projects takes forever, which can be a real headache. We just try to stay on top of things as best as we can. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be checking on a foundation and the next I'm stuck behind a desk for ten hours. It keeps life interesting, I suppose. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. If you call, you'll probably just talk to one of us directly. We aren't interested in big speeches or fancy promises. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to happen, and then we try to get it done. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights. The Gora Chand Road office is usually a hive of activity from early in the morning. We just keep at it and see where the next project takes us as we go along.
