Our office for SAYONAA PROPERTIES LLP is located at 7B, Dr. Harendra Coomer Sarani in Kolkata. It’s a decent area, though it can get pretty congested when the schools nearby let out in the afternoon. We spend our time looking at property listings and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or do business. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and maps of West Bengal. We don't have any fancy receptionists or high-end furniture. It’s just a few of us and some chairs that have seen better days. We do a lot of walking around the neighborhood to check on different spots. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to coordinate meetings between buyers and sellers. Sometimes the paperwork feels like it’s going to swallow us whole, but we manage to get through it eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town; we just want to help people find what they need without a lot of hassle. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the local news while we wait for clients to show up. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we like being part of the local scene here in Kolkata. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we think the work should just speak for itself. We just do our best to keep things moving.
