We are located at 47 CIT Road, over in the Scheme VII M area near VIP Road. If you know Kolkata at all, you know how busy that stretch gets. Our office is where we handle the planning for our different project sites. It is usually a mess of drawings and site reports on the tables. We do not worry much about keeping the place looking like a showroom. We would rather focus on making sure the sites are running right and the workers have what they need. Building in a city like this is a challenge, especially with the weather and the tight spaces we often have to work in. We manage a few different residential and commercial projects around here. It takes a lot of talking to different suppliers and making sure the cement arrives on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in traffic, and everything shifts by a few hours. That is just part of a normal day for us. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now. We know the people who live around here and the shops nearby. We are not trying to be the biggest company in town. We just want to do a decent job on the buildings we start. It is steady work, and it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. We just take things as they come.
