SARMASTAR REAL HOMES LLP

Sarmastar Real Homes is located at 224 AJC Bose Road and we are up on the 10th floor in suites 1001 and 1002. Being in Park Circus means there is always something going on downstairs. Up here it is a bit quieter which helps when we are looking over real estate documents or talking to people about where they want to live. We have a couple of rooms and most of the space is taken up by filing cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days. It is not the most modern office in Kolkata but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how things are coming along. Real estate is a lot of back and forth and waiting for people to make up their minds. We try to keep it simple and just tell people the facts about the homes we are working with. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow so we have to leave early if we have an appointment. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea and that’s about as fancy as it gets around here. It is just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized and keep the projects on track without too much fuss. We aren't big on flashy things and just stick to the jobs at hand.
