SARMASTAR BUILDCON LLP

We are located in the Krishna Building on A.J.C. Bose Road. Specifically, we occupy Suite No. 1001 and 1002 on the 10th floor. Being right in the Park Circus area means we are in the heart of Kolkata. SARMASTAR BUILDCON LLP is basically a group of us working out of these suites, surrounded by tall stacks of project files and rolls of drawings. The view from the 10th floor is actually pretty good, you can see all the way across the city on a clear day. But mostly we are looking at our desks. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the numbers add up. We have been at this address for a while, and the building staff all know us by name. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so the air conditioning is always running. We don't do much in the way of advertising; most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects. The office is usually a bit messy with half-empty tea cups and scattered pens. We aren't very formal here. If someone walks in, they’ll probably see us arguing over a blueprint or checking the latest material costs. It’s a practical, hardworking space. We focus on the building side of things and try to keep the paperwork from getting too out of hand. It’s just our daily routine here on A.J.C. Bose Road.
