SANYAM CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are located in the V.I.P Enclave over in Raghunathpur. Our space is unit 404 in the A-1 block. It’s a decent area of Kolkata, and being in the 700059 zip code makes it easy for people to find us. SANYAM CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is a small team. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us at the desks while the rest are out at a project site. We do construction work, mostly residential stuff around this part of the city. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local regulations and how things work here. Sometimes the weather in Kolkata makes it hard to keep a tight schedule, especially during the heavy monsoon rains. We just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination between different groups. We talk to suppliers, check on materials, and make sure the guys on site have what they need to stay busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job for the people who hire us. If you’re around Raghunathpur, you might see our trucks moving through the enclave. We like being part of the community here. It’s a busy place with a lot of growth, and we’re just happy to be doing our part in it. It’s plain work, but we take it seriously.
